Hypnotherapy
My clients and I work together to solve a problem they have identified, and they are in total control of the healing process. They describe it as relaxing and can choose face-to-face sessions while others due to distance, convenience, or medical conditions can use zoom. Recordings of sessions can also be used to enhance the healing process at home. Hypnotherapy works by getting to the root cause of the problem and working with the subconscious mind to help people achieve their personal goals. Once the client is ready to really let the problem go it is amazing how many things can be healed.

As an experienced teacher, I have been involved in teaching primary, secondary, and then adults at TAFE for the last 26 years. This has given me a great understanding of the needs and pressures that modern families are under in today’s stressful world. I enjoy helping families and children heal so they can learn and reach their full potential.
I have worked with and trained other educators in how to assist children with additional needs such as ASD, anxiety, and behavioral challenges and also strategies for separation anxiety in child care. I’ve found teaching the SleepTalk® Process which I discovered to help my own son to be the easiest and fastest method to help children and their families enjoy a happy, relaxing, and loving family life.
